How about if you get to choose from a pre-selected group of expert pairings or maybe you prefer to make some pairings of your own. Yeah that would be great you say! Then gather up your drinking partner and head on up to Hahndorf Hill Winery in the beautiful Adelaide Hills.
Adelaide Hill’s Shiraz are often times described as typically delicate and complex, but as was discovered here should not be assumed to be delicate as these are silky and composed of a medley of red berries, earthy dark chocolate and with excellent structure.
Go ahead, dive into the ChocoVino experience. You'll get to explore exciting new taste sensations all the while enjoying some great view’s of the Adelaide Hills. You will experience how the concept of terroir links both chocolate and wine.
